Light-well additions

If your terrace house light well does not have a mirror reverse plan terrace with windows next door, then it is also possible to partially infill the light-well to either widen up your rear narrow bedroom or widen up your rear first floor bathroom incorporating a separate bath, shower and toilet.

We have also created light-well additions that serve as a dedicated ensuite to the second first floor bedroom.

Legally added to the property title through council approval you can be assured the new design and your investment with us will be rewarded back to you for many years to come.
